CHANDIGARH: Kiran More, former Indian test cricketer and currently the talent scout for Mumbai Indian met Sanjay Tandon, President, UT Cricket Association on Friday. Both discussed the various aspects for promoting cricket in the region. More is currently on tour to various cities in search of cricketing talents. Sanjay Tandon apprised More about the UTCA and the talents of Chandigarh players at the BCCI and ICC events in a short span of just three years. More was also very impressed with the Chandigarh cricketers in the BCCI domestic seasons over the years and assured UTCA that he would extend his full support to the local talent to get recognition at national and international level. UTCA's CAC Chairman and former Ranji Cricketer Rakesh Jolly was also present on the occasion. Sanjay Tandon honored More with a self-written book 'Sunrise for Saturday' and a UTCA cap.
