Karandeep-Canada: An incident took place at the Steeles Avenue West and Dufferin Street area. On December 18, 2024, a victim reported their wallet stolen. The suspect then went on to use the victim’s debit card to make several transactions around Steeles Avenue West and Dufferin Street.
The suspect is described as a male, 30 to 40 years old, with a medium build and a short beard. He was wearing a black jacket and a black toque.
