Leading the cast in this gripping series are none other than actors Gashmeer Mahajani, Zayn Ibad Khan, and Surbhi Jyoti. Their portrayal promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats, as they navigate the intricacies of their characters with depth and authenticity. Directed by Anil Senior and with Anirudh Pathak as the showrunner, Gunaah follows Abhimanyu, who is out there to blur the lines between right & wrong, friends and enemies, mercy & retribution. Speaking of the funny and memorable incidents from the set, Surbhi Jyoti shared, “Vignesh Joshi (RC) plays the role of my father. So, bohot banters hote the, he would just start humming a song in Konkani, and Gashmeer and Shashank who plays Michael, wo Marathi me baat karna shuru kar dete hai and I just cannot understand Marathi that well. Usme baatein hojati thi.”
She further added, “RC (Vignesh Joshi) owns a business of mangoes, he deals with mangoes. We used to tell him, “You’re my favorite character, oh my god, I love working with you,” and everybody would say the same thing to him so that we would get free mangoes and aamras. Whenever I just think about how I enjoyed my days shooting with everybody, it just leaves a smile on my face. Humne bohot mehnat se ye show banaya hai aur bohot pyaar se ye show banaya hai. Isiliye confidence bhi hai ki logon ko pasand ayega.”
Produced under the banner of Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd, with producers Sukesh Dev Motwani, Mautik Tolia, and Persis Siganporia, the series brings together a talented cast comprising of Gashmeer Mahajani and Surbhi Jyoti.
