Chandigarh : An Executive Body Meeting of the Property Federation Chandigarh (Regd) was held under the Presidentship of Sh.Kamaljit Singh Panchhi at Hotel Oyster Sector-17 Chandigarh to assess the current situation after stopping of Share Wise registries in the city by Chandigarh Administration and also upcoming meeting of the Heritage Committee under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Advisor to the Administrator on 10th May 2023.
Kamaljit Singh Panchhi and Members said they respect the Hon'ble Supreme Court’s recent order but there is no order for stopping of Share Wise registries. They urged the Hon'ble Advisor to the Administrator to watch the interest of Citizens of Chandigarh in the coming 10th May meeting that share wise registry services should be restored at the earliest. The citizens have a right to access these important services. Many want to Purchase full house by selling shares of property, Because Many want to sell their shares of property for marriages of their children.
