KURUKSHETRA: Vice President of Saraswati Heritage Development Board Dhuman Singh Kirmach said that the 3-day celebrations to be held on the birth anniversary of Dhanna Bhagat from April 21 to 23 in village Dhanori will be celebrated in a grand manner. This function will be made grand with the help of religious and social organisations. All the preparations regarding this programme are being made. Dhuman Singh was taking stock of the preparations for Dhanna Bhagat's birth anniversary celebrations at Dhanna Bhagat Singh Educational Institute on Sunday. Earlier, Vice President Dhuman Singh, Chairman of Dhanna Bhagat Education Institute, Subhash, Jagtar Kajal, Dalbir Dhanda, Gurdial Malik, Vikas Bura observed the statue of Dhanna Bhagat installed at Dhanna Bhagat Singh Educational Institute. An amount of Rs 10 lakh has been spent on the construction of this statue, Chief Minister Manohar Lal will also unveil this statue on April 23.
He said that for the first time in the state, a three-day celebration is being organised on the birth anniversary of Sant Dhanna Bhagat at the government level. Religious and social programs will be organized on this occasion from April 21 to April 23 in Dhanauri village of Kaithal district. Chief Minister Manohar Lal himself will participate in this state-level birth anniversary function. Social and religious organizations of the state will play an important role in making this event historic and memorable.
Due to the efforts of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, the government started the tradition of celebrating the birth anniversaries of great men and saints of all societies. For the first time in this state, due to the efforts of the Chief Minister, it was decided to officially celebrate the birth anniversary of Sant Dhanna Bhagat. This Jayanti will be celebrated from 21st to 23rd April in Dhanauri village of Kaithal district. Havan Yajna will be organized on 21st April regarding this Jayanti and after this Yagya Bhandar will be organized and Bhajan Sandhya programme will be organised in the evening, on 22nd April there will be Bhajan Sandhya programs and the life of Saint Dhanna Bhagat. A grand and memorable programme will be organised in Dhanori village on 23rd April. Chief Minister Manohar Lal will also participate in this programme.
