Chandigarh: The wait is finally over, Sony Music Entertainment announces singer AKASA's new single, ‘Saamna’ featuring her friend and reality show co- contestant Pratik Sehajpal. Saamna is an emotionally intense love song that is all set to win hearts with the fresh pairing of #PRAKASA.
The passionate track, ‘Saamna’ revolves around two former lovers meeting in a fashion photo shoot. With the two unable to take their eyes off each other as they remember fond memories, the song keeps one excited as they wait to see if they shed their inhibitions and express their true feelings.
The romantic single is an electro pop melody with an intense bass-heavy drop that is perfectly complemented by AKASA’s sultry vocals. Produced by Israeli record producer, Stav Beger, composed and written by multi – talented artist Vayu, the stylish video is directed by Ashwin Mani (The Good Guns Motion Pictures). The track has a universal appeal as it brings together Vayu’s emotional lyrics and composition, the influence of Stav’s Israeli instruments and sounds as well as the intense chemistry between the popular couple #PRAKASA - Pratik Sehajpal and AKASA - giving the track a unique and international appeal.
